To change your resolution in Windows XP:
- From the Start menu, select Settings, and then choose Control
Panel. The Control Panel window should appear.
- Open the Display icon. The Display Properties window
should appear.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Ensure that the Screen resolution option is set to 800 by 600 pixels
or higher.
- Click the OK button. Note: If you are prompted to
restart your computer, do as requested.
To change your resolution on a Mac:
- From the Apple menu, select Control Panels. You should either
have the option Monitors & Sound or Monitors.
- If the option is Monitors & Sound:
- Open the Monitor icon.
- From the list of available resolutions, select an appropriate resolution. Your
screen resolution should change immediately.
- Close the Monitors & Sound window.
- If the option is Monitors:
- Ensure that the Show pull-down menu option is set to Recommended.
- From the list of available resolutions, select an appropriate resolution. Your
screen resolution should change immediately.
- Close the Monitors window.
